Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

1. In-app account deletion (if applicable)

If you have a Dexana account linked to your Facebook profile:

• Log in to your Dexana account.
• Navigate to Settings in the application.
• Use any available Delete Account or Close Account option.

This will remove or anonymize your account data from our active systems where technically and legally possible.

2. Request deletion by email

If you prefer, or if you do not have access to your Dexana account, you can request deletion by email:

• Send an email to support@dexana.exchange with the subject line: "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
• Include the email address associated with your Facebook account.
• (Optional) Include your Facebook profile URL or User ID to help us locate your data.

After we receive your request, we will verify your identity if needed, delete or anonymize your personal data associated with the Dexana Facebook app from our systems where technically and legally possible, and send you a confirmation email once the process is complete.

3. Retention and legal requirements

In some cases we may be required to retain certain data for a limited period of time for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or security reasons. In such cases, your data will be retained only for the minimum period required and will not be used for any other purpose.
